from home this season as FCIU trashed Heartland 2-0 in a fierce oriental derby
at Nnewi. The defeat also meant that Heartland are yet to score any NPFL goal

stars stretched their clean sheet streak to 3 matches at home despite playing
out a 0-0 draw with Kano Pillars in Akure which means Pillars have now stretched
their clean sheet streak to 4 consecutive NPFL matches without conceding and
stretched their unbeaten streak to 5 consecutive NPFL matches without a loss. The
draw also meant that Sunshine’s winning streak of 7 consecutive NPFL home
matches has come to an end.

Asuquo’s 80th minute penalty goal was enough to stretch Yobe Stars’ winning
streak to 4 consecutive NPFL home wins and clean sheet streak to 4 consecutive
NPFL clean sheets at home as Yobe stars won Rivers United 1-0 in Damaturu. The
defeat put Rivers United away form in more misery as they have now lost their
last 5 consecutive NPFL away matches and failed to score in any of their last 4
consecutive NPFL away matches.
