#NPFL Week 31Results -Bayelsa Utd Keeps their Relegation Survival bid alive with a 4-1 victory

Bayelsa Utd trashed Heartland FC 4-1 in a rescheduled Nigerian Professional Football League match played earlier on Monday (today). The match was postponed from yesterday due to heavy rainfall that made the playing turf unplayable. The victory gives Bayelsa Utd 29points though still rocking the bottom of the table, 7points away from 16th placed Sharks FC with 36points.
This weekend action also saw the very first live NPFL match at night on TV which took place at the Nest of Champions in AkwaIbom the home ground of Akwa Utd that defeated Record breakers Nassarawa Utd 2-0. The victory kept Akwautd home record of not losing at the Nest of Champions
